Former CBS Spokes-model and resident clown, Brother Dan Rather, was told to go away by the Appellate division of the NY Supreme Court. Evidently, he has spent the last three years trying to sue his way back onto television?
This blog wonders what Dan was thinking when he presented his fake Bush documents during his infotainment show back in 2004. Smells like a desperate little man unable to compete with the actual journalist over on 60 Minutes.
Maybe he was still smarting from being douched by Bush’s dad?
